Welcome to Oak Street Candles!  I'm Stacy, founder and master pourer of all the candles that you see here.  

 

Oak Street Candles started in 2020, a short time after I sold my home in a big city and bought a charming 1900's farmhouse, in a tiny town on a dirt road called Oak Street. With a little spot of land, I began improving my homesteading skills by growing a vegetable and herb garden, canning, and using items that are recyclable and more earth friendly.

 

Like many others, I love candles! And while candles are great for creating a calm ambience and lovely scents - I worried greatly about their potential toxic effects on my pets (rarely can you find the actual ingredients used on store bought candles!). So I began a quest to create a more natural, clean burning candle using only the finest products available.

All of my candles are hand poured in small batches using 100% American grown soy wax, wood or all cotton wicks that are lead free, and poured in reusable and recycled glass jars, using chemical free, non-toxic fragrance oils.
